About quality of care

I joined Lakeview Rest Homes as the Customer Service Advisor in February 2018. I come with 15 years experience in the care sector and I have a Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and taking walks with my dog. I have gained knowledge through practice of medical conditions and the impact on daily living as well as a sound understanding of medication administration and other clinical areas.
